Led by horticulturalist Pam Smith, Sited works across the greenspace, heritage and built environment sectors at both strategic and community levels producing historic appraisals, interpretation and education strategies and resources, volunteer and staff training plans .
Sited can engage with staff, communities and other stakeholders to facilitate involvement and contribution to strategic plans and funding applications.
We use botanical heritage, local history, food growing and horticulture to inspire placemaking and to map and celebrate local distinctiveness. We can research and communicate information for interpretation, master planning, regeneration and restoration projects, particularly in urban environments.
Sited is increasingly involved in using botanical heritage as an arts medium, engaging diverse audiences and revealing the unknown within the familiar, particularly through the Balzac guidebooks.
